4.5.1 About Documents (Updated: 25 October 2011)

Information: GIL Support Staff are provided administrative rights to publish Documents.  Most GIL Support Staff will publish Documents for the various GIL Committees as well as Documents for other purposes.  In addition, these Documents can be made available to all Users of the GIL Support Services web site or only to GIL Support Staffwho are logged into the web site.

4.5.2 Open Publish Form for Documents (Updated: 25 October 2011)
Instructions: The GIL Support Staff who are primarily GIL Committee Chairs are responsible for making various Documents available to GIL Committee Members and to the General Users of the GIL Support Services web site.  To start the publishing process the Editors must open a blank “Publish Form” (template).
4.5.3 Document’s Publish Form (Updated: 25 October 2011)
Instructions: In general, GIL Support Staff are associated with GIL Service Sites.  These GIL Support Staff are responsible for making various Documents of interest available to both the General Users of the GIL Support Services web site and GIL Support Staff specifically.  Therefore, GIL Support Staff are provided a “Publish Form” (template) to publish and edit Document information and to upload the actual Documents in various formats.
