4.4.1 About the Edit Section (Updated: 25 October 2011)

Information:  The Edit Section on the GIL Support Services web site’s Control Panel provides GIL Support Staff Users along with Editors and Administrators the ability to edit and delete items that they have added to the GIL Support Services web site.

4.4.2 To Edit (Updated: 25 October 2011)
Instructions:  Access to the Edit Section for editing Entries is available to GIL Support Staff who are logged into the GIL Support Services web site.
4.4.3 Edit - Date Area (Updated: 25 October 2011)
Instructions:  The Date Area can be edited by the GIL Support Staff and a date that has been previously published can be changed to a different specific Date.
4.4.4 Edit - Categories Area (Updated: 25 October 2011)
Instructions:  The Editor may modify the Categories assigned to published Entries.  The GIL Support Staff can select one or more listed Categories that are associated with the “Publish Form” template being used.
4.4.5 Edit - Options Area (Updated: 25 October 2011)
Instructions:  The Options Area provides the GIL Support Staff with the ability to modify several parameters for a published item.
