Instructions: The Date Area offers the Administrators the ability to set specific dates for the published item. The following date settings can be set (see Sample Date Area below):
A. Entry Date - this is the primary date associated with an Entry. The Administrator may use the Interactive Calendar to set the Date / Time. If the Administrator specifies a Date in the future, the system will not display the entry until the Date has arrived.
B. Expiration Date - the Administrator may optionally specify an Expiration Date for the Entry, causing the System to no longer show the Entry anywhere on your website after that Date. The Administrator may also use an Interactive Calendar to set the Date / Time.
C. Comment Expiration Date - the Administrator may optionally specify a Date on which Comments for this Entry will no longer be accepted. Once the Date passes, the Entry will act as though the “Allow Comments” check box is unchecked. The Administrator may also use an Interactive Calendar to set the Date / Time.
