ELUNA 2012 Getting Closer - Are You a Member?

Planning for the ELUNA 2012 Conference in Salt Lake City is in high gear as the time for the annual gathering draws near. People who Proposed Presentations have been notified of their acceptance, the Program is being finalized, and Meeting Registration will open soon. Hotel registration for the Hilton Salt Lake City Center is now open. Conference Dates: Tech Seminar: May 7-8, 2012 and ELUNA 2012: May 8-11, 2012…and the ELUNA registration fee is discounted for ELUNA Members.
Also, with Registration for ELUNA 2012 just around the corner, Membership Renewals are also being processed. As of mid-February, 242 institutions and/or consortia have renewed their ELUNA Membership. However, 64 institutions who were Members in 2011 have not returned their renewal application and payment. All are encouraged to renew their Membership and if another invoice is needed, please contact the ELUNA Treasurer, Sue Julich at: .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). An important benefit of ELUNA Membership is being able to cast a ballot in various ELUNA elections. Just before this year’s ELUNA Annual Conference an election will held be to fill one position on the ELUNA Steering Committee. New leadership roles will also be selected for the various Product Working Groups at the Conference. In order to be a candidate or vote for any of these positions, your institution or consortia must be a paid 2012 Member of ELUNA.
