Endeavor Personnel

Endeavor has assigned a CONTRACT WRANGLER to oversee the entire project for the University System from the Endeavor perspective. - Linda Voyles is the Contract Wrangler for the University System of Georgia contract. Linda will work with us on overall implementation planning, training, and contract issues. She will work primarily with the Chair of the Steering Committee, the Virtual Library Director, and the Executive Director of Virtual Library, Customer, and Information Services, and the Endeavor Project Managers and other Endeavor staff.

PROJECT MANAGERS from Endeavor will be assigned to individual libraries in Phase III (FY2001) when Orientation Training is scheduled. Some Project Managers will be the same for several libraries. The Project Manager is a person from Endeavor that will work with the individual library to set up an implementation schedule for the library and help keep people on track through the data conversion, etc. stages. They will work with the library contacts and the Virtual Library Director to set up Orientation Training, Functional Training, etc.
