GIL Universal Catalog Update Schedule

The updating of the University System of Georgia's GIL Universal Catalog is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7am-9pm as an ongoing process. Under normal circumstances a copy of bibliographic records which have been added, deleted or updated in the Local GIL Catalogs will be exported to the Universal Catalog for processing. The Table below identifies the times that the export process is run for each of the Local Catalogs. If changes need to be made for any specific institution, the Library Technical contact should contact the appropriate Service Site Coordinator.
