Melissa L. Jackson

Bio

Melissa Jackson is the ILL Librarian at the Armstrong campus of Georgia Southern University, a position she has served in since 2000. She earned both her BA and MA degrees from Florida State University (1990, 1992) and received her MLS degree from the University of South Florida (1996).

In her time at Georgia Southern, Ms. Jackson has become proficient in several ILL software programs including ILLiad. She is active on several listservs, and is the creator of an ILL Jargon Dictionary which was shared nationally in 2022.  She has presented regularly at national, regional, and state conferences.
